Getting events just right, with everything in place, takes dedication, hard work, good communication and attention to detail. Working to a robust plan while at the same time being flexible with last minute changes are qualities needed to fulfil the Events Coordinator role with Echoes International. We are looking for such an individual to come and start working with the team.

Over a typical year we run around 15 events across the UK with different audiences and age ranges. Good liaison is vital with other colleagues working in our two offices, and with guest speakers and venue staff.

Great communication, good PC skills, flexibility, working at pace, keeping stakeholders updated, careful planning and keeping calm are characteristics which the successful applicant needs to possess. More important than all of these is a heart for mission and a desire to work with like-minded Christians, as we seek to support and communicate cross-cultural mission.

The Events Coordinator will report to the Operations Director and will be based in the office in Glasgow. We will be flexible with the specific days worked, in discussion with the successful applicant.

Hours: 21 pw Salary: £18,500 pro rata (FTE).

Monthly pension contribution in addition to annual salary.
