Sakeji Mission School – a rural, private boarding school established in 1925, providing quality education to children of missionaries and Zambians from various backgrounds. Our goal is to share God’s Word, see young people enter into a personal relationship with Jesus Christ as Saviour and Lord, and equip them to be leaders in their future families, communities, and nations. Student enrolment is growing slowly, with almost 90 students from Grades 1 through 9. Curriculum is sourced and adapted from the UK, America and Zambia. Sakeji School is relatively modern, with 24 hour power and comfortable staff dwellings.
The following opportunities are available at the school from September to December 2018:
A caterer to run the kitchen (covering furlough). This position involves overseeing and helping prepare three meals a day for staff and students of Sakeji, about 100 people. Kitchen facility is semi-commercial with electric and gas appliances.
Front office administrator (covering furlough). This position involves organising and filing, as well as greeting visitors in the reception area. It requires good communication, organisation and computer skills.
