An annual 100-hour prayer meeting took place in October last year in Myanmar. As well as praying for their nation, the impact of Covid-19 and the spread of the gospel, they prayed for other countries and the needs of others.
While they focus on prayer, they bring to mind the countless answers to prayers offered in previous years, all the way back to the first prayer programme which was held in 2013. What is evident is their reliance on the Lord for every need, and a joy and gratitude when the Lord moves to answer these prayers.
Give thanks that, in this needy land, there are faithful believers who are being used in His service and for His glory. Pray with them that they will know God’s blessing in their lives, and that peace will come to their land.
